Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is FREE and will be  displayed at checkout in accordance with the order details.

Please, double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Duties and taxes

SVW_ART is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are a responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).

Damages

SVW_ART is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please, take several photos of the damaged areas and contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting, please, save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation.

In the case you receive a damaged product, we are ready to refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are not an original piece. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to us at info@svwart.com

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• items on discounted sale.

Return

In order to return your item you should contact us within 14 days after the delivery and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please, note that SVW_ ART does not cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
